LED

Heron LED products include DIP type (LAMP LED), SMD type (CHIP & TOP LED), high power LED and small butterfly LED and other full range of LED products.
Each type of LED products contains white LED (2700K-20000K), blue, pure-green, yellow-green, yellow, amber, red, other visible light in the wavelength range of 450-680mm, invisible ultraviolet (265-410nm) and infrared (740 -950nm).

LED DISPLAY

Heron's LED display products include LED Nixie tube and LED Dot Matrix. LED DISPLAY and LED Dot Matrix are available in DIP and SMD types including white light (6000K-20000K), blue, pure-green, yellow-green, yellow, amber, red and other visible light in the wavelength range of 450nm to 680nm.

LED BACKLIGHT

Heron LED backlight includes black and white screen and color screen backlight. The color covers white light (5000K-20000K), blue, pure-green, yellow-green, yellow, amber, red and other visible light colors in the 450-680nm wavelength.
Color screen backlight can provide from 0.96 inches to 10.1 inches, and can also design and produce various black and white screen backlights from 0.8 inches to 13.3 inches, etc.

OEM/SMT

Heron has advanced SMT equipment.The part in minimum pitch 0.35mm and the minimum size 0201 that can be processed, and the minimum pitch is 0.35mm in a BGA package.
The various types of PCB materials can be applied by Heron' SMT such as CEM, FR4, aluminum substrate board , FPC, etc., with thickness range from 0.3mm to 6.0mm.
Heron can provide customers with electronic and optoelectronic product design, processing, assembly and other supporting services.
